Treat yo self to some yum GELATO!
Just pick a flavour and the gelato is made to order right in front of you from scratch, by using liquid nitrogen... wait what?!? That's right, this is not your regular gelato!
The place feels like your in a lab... with staff in lab coats and safety glasses... with smoke from the liquid nitrogen being poured out all over the place.
There are 2 stores in Sydney, 1 in Chinatown and 1 in Newtown, so make sure you head over to one of the stores for some serious DELICIOUSNESS MMMM!
The liquid nitrogen being poured into the bowls is always a fabulous spectacle! My favourite flavour by far is the ferrero reveal. This one comes with a hazelnutty flavoured gelato, chocolate filled syringe and my favourite part... a rice bubble layer topped with a chocolate coating! HELLO CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD but it's too damn good to not try if you're a chocolate lover like I am!
